Products can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect.
Products can be exchanged, but they must be unused and in their original packaging. If the product is damaged, used, or missing any accessories, it will not be eligible for exchange. The customer is responsible for delivery costs.
Products can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase.
Discounted goods are not eligible for exchange.
